RETURNS

You may return any item within 21 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in the original condition you received them in.

• All tags must remain attached, and the item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund.

 

 

 

REFUNDS​

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

 

 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as used pet beds, toys, or opened food/treats) may not be eligible for return. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

 

 

 

RETURN SHIPPING​

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival.
