PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYMENT

By completing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Afterpay. You confirm that you are an authorised user of the payment method used to complete the transaction.
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Bark Avenue. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason prior to dispatch, in which case we will issue a full refund.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing from another country, your financial institution may apply currency conversion fees and rates.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. If prices increase after you place your order but before dispatch, you will be contacted with the option to accept the updated price or cancel your order for a full refund.



RETURN POLICY

All sales are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving them and be in unused condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more details.



FAULTY ITEM POLICY

We aim to provide high-quality products and service. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately with images of the fault. After a preliminary assessment:

• If confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund to your original payment method.

• If the item is not found to be faulty or is outside the warranty period, it will be returned to you.

Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a fault.



GIFT CARDS
 

• Valid only on the Bark Avenue website.

• Not redeemable for cash.

• Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

• If returned items were purchased with a gift card, store credit will be issued instead of a cash refund.
   

STORE CREDIT
 

• Issued to the account/email used in the original order.

• Non-transferable and valid for 3 years.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Credits from returned orders will be re-issued to your Bark Avenue account.
   

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and are valid for one-time use per customer, unless otherwise stated.
